Canadian Indebtedness definition

Canadian Indebtedness means the Indebtedness (as defined in the Canadian Credit Agreement) and shall include the aggregate Acceptance Exposure.

Canadian Indebtedness means an amount, converted into U.S. Dollars using the exchange ratio specified in the definition of "Available Canadian Subcommitment", of the loans made and Bankers Acceptances issued and accepted to or for UMC Canada pursuant to the Canadian Credit Agreement.
