Canadian Line Cap definition

Canadian Line Cap means at any time, the lesser of (i) the aggregate Initial Canadian Commitment and (ii) the then-applicable Canadian Borrowing Base.

More Definitions of Canadian Line Cap

Canadian Line Cap means at any time, the lesser of (i) the Canadian Borrowing Base and (ii) the Canadian Revolving Credit Commitments. “Canadian Loan Party” means Kodak Canada and each Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor.

The Canadian Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender is a sub-commitment of its Revolving Commitment and, as such, may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 11.04. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Canadian Revolving Commitments on the Closing Date is $40 million.
