Swing Line Commitment definition

Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.
Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex J to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

  • During the Revolving Credit Commitment Period, the Borrower may use the Swing Line Commitment by borrowing, repaying and reborrowing, all in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Each borrowing under the Swing Line Commitment shall be in an amount equal to $500,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.

More Definitions of Swing Line Commitment

Swing Line Commitment means the commitment of the Swing Line Bank, in its discretion, to make Swing Line Loans up to a maximum principal amount of $10,000,000 at any one time outstanding.
Swing Line Commitment means, as to each Swing Line Lender and as to any currency, its obligation to make Swing Line Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.1 as its “Swing Line Commitment” with respect to such currency, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Swing Line Commitment means as to any Swing Line Lender (i) the amount set forth opposite such Swing Line Lender’s name on Schedule 1 hereof or (ii) if such Swing Line Lender has entered into an Assignment and Acceptance, the amount set forth for such Swing Line Lender as its Swing Line Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.6(c).
