Canadian Offering Jurisdictions means each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia;
Canadian Offering Jurisdictions has the meaning ascribed thereto in the seventh paragraph of this Agreement;
Canadian Offering Jurisdictions means, collectively, each of the provinces of Canada;
