Canadian Privacy Legislation definition

Canadian Privacy Legislation means the Personal Information and Electronics Documents Act, S.C. 2001, c-5, the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, R.S.Q. c. P-39.1, the Personal Information Protection Act, S.B.C. 2003, c-63, the Personal information Protection Act, R.S.A., c. P-65, and any similar legislation applicable in Canada.
Canadian Privacy Legislation means any Canadian federal or provincial Requirements of Law related to patient privacy and/or the security, use or disclosure of health care records.
