Canadian Proceedings definition

Canadian Proceedings means the recognition proceeding commenced by Colt Holding Company LLC as foreign representative of the Debtors, pursuant to Part IV of the CCAA, to, among other things, recognize the jointly administered Chapter 11 Cases as a “foreign main proceeding.”
Canadian Proceedings means those proceedings commenced when the Canadian Debtors filed for creditor protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, as amended, in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) on the Petition Date, administered under commercial court file number CV-09-00008269-00CL.
Canadian Proceedings means, collectively, those Nortel Insolvency Proceedings that were commenced before the CCAA Court pursuant to the CCAA on or after January 14, 2009 in respect of the Canadian Debtors.

More Definitions of Canadian Proceedings

Canadian Proceedings means the following five actions:
Canadian Proceedings means the proceedings currently pending before the Canadian Court for a plan of reorganization and compromise under the CCAA and the CBCA commenced by QWI, together with each of the Debtors, on January 21, 2008.
Canadian Proceedings means the application and orders made with respect to Noma Company under Section 18.6 of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada).
Canadian Proceedings shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.
Canadian Proceedings means those proceedings commenced when the Debtors filed for creditor protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, as amended, in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on the Petition Date, administered under commercial court file number 06-CL-6712.
Canadian Proceedings shall have the meaning set out in the Recitals.
Canadian Proceedings means the recognition proceedings commenced by the Canadian Borrowing Base Guarantors in the Canadian Court to recognize the Chapter 11 Case pursuant to Section 18.6 of the CCAA.
