Canadian Revolving Credit definition

Canadian Revolving Credit means the credit facility for making Canadian Revolving Loans and Canadian Swing Loans and issuing Canadian Letters of Credit described in Sections 2.1(d), 2.2, and 2.10.
Canadian Revolving Credit means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Canadian Borrower by the applicable Canadian Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to Article 2B hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Canadian Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment.
Canadian Revolving Credit. Exposure shall mean on any day, as to a particular Canadian Lender, the sum of (a) the outstanding principal balance of such Canadian Lender’s Revolving Credit Note on such day plus (b) the product of (i) such Canadian Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage times (ii) the Canadian Letter of Credit Exposure Amount Exposure on such day.

  • Each Canadian Overadvance shall mature and be due on the earliest of (i) the Initial Revolving Credit Maturity Date, (ii) written demand by the Administrative Agent and (iii) 30 days after the date on which such Canadian Overadvance is made; it being understood and agreed that no Canadian Overadvance shall cause the Initial Canadian Revolving Credit Exposure of any Initial Canadian Revolving Lender to exceed such Initial Canadian Revolving Lender’s Initial Canadian Commitment.

Canadian Revolving Credit means the revolving credit facility (initially Cdn.$200,000,000 (or U.S. $ Equivalent)) established pursuant to the Canadian Revolving Credit Commitments of the Canadian Revolving Credit Lenders.
