Cannabis Production Facility definition

Cannabis Production Facility means a facility providing for the production, storage, processing and distribution of cannabis and which is owned or operated by a licensed cannabis producer or distributor as per the Cannabis Act (Bill C-45) as amended and replaced from time to time. Cannabis Production Facility means a building used, designed or intended for growing, cultivation, producing, testing, destroying, storing or distribution, excluding retail sales, of marijuana or cannabis and for the purposes of this by-law is defined as a non-residential use;

Cannabis Production Facility means a facility used for the cultivation, processing, testing, destruction, packaging and shipping of cannabis as permitted under federal legislation;

• A special permit authorizing the establishment of a Cannabis Retail Store or Cannabis Production Facility shall be valid only for the licensed or registered entity to which the special permit was issued, and only for the site on which the Cannabis Retail Store or Cannabis Production Facility has been authorized by special permit.

Cannabis Production Facility means buildings or structures used for producing, processing, testing, destroying, packaging and/or shipping of cannabis, including edibles, authorized by an issued license (of any license type) or registration by the federal Minister of Health, pursuant to the Cannabis Act, as amended from time to time, or any successors thereto.
