Canvass means the review of election returns and the official declaration of
Board of canvassers means the entities established by Sections 20A-4-301 and 20A-4-306 to canvass election returns.
Licensing board means a party state's regulatory body responsible for issuing nurse licenses.
Canvassing judge means a poll worker designated to assist in counting ballots at
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
Coordinating board means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;
Board of Visitors or "board" means the rector and board of visitors of the University.
College board means the state board for community and
Governing board means the Fund's Board of Directors if the Fund is a corporation or the Fund's Board of Trustees if the Fund is a trust, or, where duly authorized, a competent committee thereof.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Deputy Chairperson means the deputy chairperson from time to time of the Trust if one is appointed in accordance of rule 4 of the Third Schedule;
Planning Board means the Planning Board of the University;
Full Board means the authorized number of voting members of the Board of Education.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
The Board of Directors or "Board" means all those persons appointed to perform the duties of directors of the society;
Deputy Chairman means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chairman’s duties if the Chairman is absent for any reason.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.

Hearing Board means the shoreline hearings board established by this chapter.

Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
