Cap Strike definition

Cap Strike. Means the level specified in the Final Terms. "Cash Component" Means the amount specified in the Final Terms.

Examples of Cap Strike in a sentence

  • The notional amount of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement may be reduced from time to time in amounts equal to any prepayment of the principal of the Loan made in accordance with the Loan Documents, provided that the strike rate shall be equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • The Interest Rate Cap Agreement shall have a strike rate equal to the LIBOR Cap Strike Rate.

  • Liquidity Provider Ratings Event means the Liquidity Provider shall fail to maintain at any time short-term debt ratings in one of the two highest ratings categories from the Requisite NRSROs or, if applicable, such other short-term debt ratings as may be required for the VRDP Shares to satisfy the eligibility criteria under Rule 2a-7 under the 1940 Act.

  • Write-down Date means, with respect to any Contingent Write-down, the Trigger Event Write-down Date or Viability Event Write-down Date, as applicable.

  • Weighted Average Floating Spread means, as of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage, obtained by summing the products obtained by multiplying, in the case of each Floating Rate Portfolio Investment included in the Borrowing Base, on an annualized basis, the Spread of such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments, by the outstanding principal balance of such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments as of such date and dividing such sum by the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all such Floating Rate Portfolio Investments and rounding the result up to the nearest 0.01%.

  • Cap Provider means the third-party financial institution approved by Lender that is the counterparty under any Cap Agreement or Replacement Cap Agreement.

  • the London Bombings Relief Charitable Fund means the company limited by guarantee (number 5505072), and registered charity of that name established on 11th July 2005 for the purpose of (amongst other things) relieving sickness, disability or financial need of victims (including families or dependants of victims) of the terrorist attacks carried out in London on 7th July 2005;

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;
