If either Party believes that a Change in Law within the meaning of this section has occurred, that Party may request renegotiation by written notice to the other Party.
The Parties shall thereafter renegotiate the affected provisions in this Agreement in good faith and amend this Agreement to reflect such Change in Law.
Any Department-approved changes to the Local Distributor’s Purchase of Receivable (“POR”) Plan originally approved by the Department pursuant to D.P.U. 10-53 shall be deemed a Change in Law.
