Capacity Threshold definition

Capacity Threshold means the lesser of (i) the actual Applicable CDBRL Barrels per day of disposal volumes reached by WBSL as of the Capacity Achievement Date or (ii) [***].
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve at least sixty (60) percent of Apple Health - Fully Integrated Managed Care eligibles in a service area in each of the following six (6) critical provider types: hospital, behavioral health, primary care, pharmacy, obstetrical, and pediatricians.
Capacity Threshold means the capacity to serve a minimum percentage of Apple Health eligibles in a service area in each of the following two critical provider types: general Dentists, and pediatric Dentists.
