Capital Gain Dividend definition

Capital Gain Dividend means, in respect of any Share of any Fund, a Dividend in respect of such Share which is designated by such Fund as being a "capital gain dividend" as such term is defined in Section 852 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Capital Gain Dividend means any amount of money or property distributed by the Master REIT that (x) is properly designated by the Master REIT as a “capital gain dividend” within the meaning of section 857(b)(3)(C) of the Code or (y) without duplication of the amounts described in clause (x), could be deemed to have been designated by the Company as a capital gain dividend under Treasury Regulations Section 1.1445-8(c)(2)(ii)(A).
Capital Gain Dividend has the meaning specified in Section 852(b)(3) of the Code (or any successor provision).

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

For purposes of item (i) below, the "Measurement Period" with respect to a cash dividend on the Common Stock shall mean the 365 consecutive day period ending on the date prior to the Ex-Dividend Time with respect to such cash dividend, and the "Relevant Cash Dividends" with respect to a cash dividend on the Common Stock shall mean the cash dividends on the Common Stock with Ex-Dividend Times occurring in the Measurement Period.
