Capital Loan definition

Capital Loan means any interfund loan, or portion thereof, made for the purpose of financing the design, acquisition, construction, installation or improvement of real or personal property and not for the purpose of paying operating expenses.
Capital Loan is defined in Section 4.2(f).
Capital Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05(a).

More Definitions of Capital Loan

Capital Loan means the Laakkonen Capital Loan as well as any future capital loans (as defined in Chapter 12 of the Finnish Companies Act (Fin: Osakeyhtiölaki 624/2006 as amended) granted to the Issuer after the date hereof.
