Capital Procurement Payment definition

Capital Procurement Payment means the amount due from Delphi to GM under that certain Capital Procurement Agreement dated June 5, 2007 pursuant to Delphi’s purchase of the New Tooling and Equipment (as defined in the Capital Procurement Agreement) from GM in connection with a sale of the Sandusky Business.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Event Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d).
