Capital Protection Documents definition

Capital Protection Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty and the Capital Protection Provider Information Letter.

  • The Capital Protection Provider understands that the Capital Protection Documents are executed on behalf of the Fund by authorized officers of the Trust acting in such capacity and not individually, and the obligations of the Fund under the Capital Protection Documents are not binding upon any of the trustees, officers, agents, or shareholders of the Fund, but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Fund.

  • Environmental Protection Agency or “EPA” means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Tax Protection Agreement means that certain Tax Protection Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and among the REIT, the OP and the parties identified as a signatory on Schedule A thereto.

  • Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Constitutive Documents means the Trust Deed or such other documents as defined in the Regulations.
