Capital Repair and Replacement Costs definition

Capital Repair and Replacement Costs means those costs related to the non-routine repair and replacement of the Public Improvements, as a part of the Actual Operations and Maintenance Costs, which shall be set forth in the Final Budget.
Capital Repair and Replacement Costs means the cost of repairing, modernizing, improving and upgrading the Project subsequent to the initial completion of the Dam Facilities. Capital Repair and Replacement Costs shall not include any Operation and Maintenance Expenses nor depreciation.

Related to Capital Repair and Replacement Costs

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;
