Capitalized Interest Amount definition

Capitalized Interest Amount means, with respect to each Distribution Date following a Collection Period during which amounts are on deposit in the Prefunding Account, an amount equal to the greater of:
Capitalized Interest Amount means for any Monthly Collection Period or other period of determination, the amount of interest that accrued on the Financed Student Loans during such period but was not then payable and that has been or will, pursuant to the terms of such Financed Student Loans, be capitalized and added to the principal balances of such loans.
