Monthly Collection Period definition

Monthly Collection Period means, with respect to any Monthly Payment Date that is not a Quarterly Payment Date, the calendar month immediately preceding the month of such Monthly Payment Date.

Monthly Collection Period means each monthly period commencing at 12:00 a.m. (Pacific time) on the first day of each Monthly Fiscal Period and ending immediately prior to 12:00 a.m. (Pacific time) on the last day of such Monthly Fiscal Period.

Monthly Collection Period means each calendar month.

More Definitions of Monthly Collection Period

Monthly Collection Period means each calendar month during the term of this Agreement or, in the case of the initial Monthly Collection Period, the period beginning and including the first day after the applicable Cutoff Date to and including the last day of the month in which the applicable Cutoff Date occurs. Any amount stated “as of the close of business on the last day of a Monthly Collection Period” shall give effect to the following calculations as determined as of the end of the day on such last day: (1) all applications of collections and (2) all distributions.

Monthly Collection Period means the period beginning on, but excluding, each Monthly Assessment Date, and ending on, and including, the subsequent Monthly Assessment Date;

Monthly Collection Period means the period commencing on (and including) the first day of each calendar month and ending on (and including) the last day of the same calendar month, except for the first Monthly Collection Period which commences on (and include) the first Issue Date and ends on (and include) the first end-of-month date falling at least 30 calendar days after the first Issue Date.
