Capitalized Lease Indebtedness definition

Capitalized Lease Indebtedness means, on any date, in respect of any Capitalized Lease of any Person, the capitalized amount thereof that would appear on a balance sheet of such Person prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP.
Capitalized Lease Indebtedness means indebtedness incurred pursuant to a Capital Lease.
Capitalized Lease Indebtedness means the Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Time which constitutes capitalized leases as defined by GAAP.
