Car Club Spaces definition

Car Club Spaces means a minimum of two (2) parking spaces to be provided on the Land as part of the Development the location of which shall be approved or deemed to be approved in accordance with Part 5 of Schedule 3 and which parking spaces shall be made available for use by the Car Club at no cost to the Council;

Examples of Car Club Spaces in a sentence

  • Upon the approval of the Car Club Scheme pursuant to a paragraph 1.2 of this Part 5 of Schedule 3 (or deemed approved pursuant to paragraph ‎1.3 of this Part 5 of Schedule 3) the Owner shall implement the Car Club Scheme and shall provide the Car Club Spaces in such locations and timescales as are approved therein and shall offer them for use by the Car Club referenced therein.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Car Club Spaces shall be used for the purposes of the Car Club for the period in which the Car Club is operational.
