Garage definition

Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

Garage means a place within a project having a roof and walls on three sides for parking any vehicle, but does not include an unenclosed or uncovered parking space such as open parking areas;

Garage means a building or part of a building used to house motor vehicles.

Manager shall keep the Parking Garage and Parking Garage Land clean, well lit, and secure, and operate the Parking Garage at a level of service and condition comparable to similar City-owned parking areas in the City of Wichita, Kansas.

Garage means such spaces in the Said Project that may be sanctioned by the competent authority as a garage or parking space, excluding open car parking spaces which are part of the Project Common Areas and are set aside for visitor car parking spaces.
