Care management entity definition

Care management entity means an entity delegated or contracted by ODA or ODM to perform care management activities and related functions for individuals enrolled on a waiver, or enrolled concurrently on the MyCare Ohio managed care program and the SRS program.
Care management entity shall refer to one or more entities that contract with the Children’s Mental Health Initiative as a fiscal agent for the purpose of providing for or arranging services required under this Agreement, including but not limited to: financial management, care coordination, contract management, data gathering, claims adjudication and payment, network development and management and resource development. The fiscal agent for grant funding received under the Children’s Mental Health Initiative will be the Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR.
Care management entity. (CME) means the agency described in rule 5160-59-03.2 of the Administrative Code.
