The Protocol requires the AWE to provide GrainCorp with a Cargo Nomination Application not less than 28 days prior to arrival laycan of the vessel, and may nominate a cargo with an estimated time of arrival of less than 28 days “only at the discretion of GrainCorp” (clause 2.1).
