Carnival Corporation & plc Group definition

Carnival Corporation & plc Group means the Carnival Corporation Group and the Carnival plc Group.
Carnival Corporation & plc Group means the Carnival Corporation Group and the Carnival plc Group. “Carnival Corporation Group” means the Company and all its subsidiaries from time to time.

  • There has been no adverse change in the business or consolidated financial condition of the Carnival Corporation & plc Group since the date to which the Original Financial Statements were drawn up which would have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Any Security Interest granted to the Holders under clauses (x) or (y) of this Section 4.04 will terminate automatically when any other Indebtedness For Borrowed Money that causes such Security Interest to be granted ceases to be secured by any vessels, assets or properties of the Carnival Corporation & plc Group.

A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.

  • Corporation Group means the Corporation, its affiliate, successors and permitted

  • Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;

  • Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).

  • Domestic Corporation means an entity that is treated as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes and is a U.S. Tax Person.

  • Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) means any Regional Corporation, Village Corporation, Urban Corporation, or Group Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alaska in accordance with the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.) and which is considered a minority and economically disadvantaged concern under the criteria at 43 U.S.C. 1626(e)(1). This definition also includes ANC direct and indirect subsidiary corporations, joint ventures, and partnerships that meet the requirements of 43 U.S.C. 1626(e)(2).

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.

  • financial holding company means a financial holding company as defined in point (20) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • General Corporation Law means the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, as amended from time to time.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;
