Carrier Deconsolidation Date definition

Carrier Deconsolidation Date means the last date on which Carrier qualifies as a member of the affiliated group (as defined in Section 1504 of the Code) of which UTC is the common parent.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Post-Distribution Tax Period means a Tax year beginning and ending after the Distribution Date.
