The transfer of the Receivables contemplated by this Agreement shall take place at Carvana Headquarters, on the date hereof.
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.
headquarters area has the same meaning as given to the expression in the NRC Travel Directive as may be amended from time to time (« zone d’affectation »);

Primary highway means any highway, other than an inter- state highway, at any time officially designated as a part of the fed- eral−aid primary system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal government.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.

LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.
Expressway means a divided arterial highway for through traffic with full or partial control of access with an excess of fifty per cent of all crossroads separated in grade.
Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
Boulevard means the area between the street line and the nearest edge of a roadway and/or the area separating the roadways or a divided highway.
