Except where a study of a job has been completed within the previous eighteen months and there has been no change in job duties, an employee and/or Union representative, may submit a request to the Department of Budget and Management's Classification and Salary Administration Division (CAS) or the Department of Transportation's Classification Unit to study the position in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
