Case coordination definition

Case coordination means facilitating the provision of court-ordered services to an of- fender, including communicating with other service providers and the court.
Case coordination means the monitoring of a client’s progress, including consultation with other service providers and the court to ensure the coordination of a client’s services from assessment to completion, and which was formerly referred to as case management.
