Other Service Providers definition

Other Service Providers mean the operators who offer services for applications like tele-banking, tele-medicine, tele-education, tele-trading, E-commerce etc. by using infrastructure provided by various access providers. These other service providers (OSPs) do not infringe on the jurisdiction of access providers and do not provide switched telephony.
Other Service Providers means independent contractors, consultants, or other similar providers of services to the Employer, other than Employees and Board Members.
