Case report definition

Case report means a report referred to in rule 3.14;
Case report means a detailed report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of an individual patient. Case reports usually describe an unusual or novel occurrence.
Case report means a complete report, including all items in WAC 246-102-040(3), documenting a cancer case.
