Cash Collateral Budget definition

Cash Collateral Budget means the budgets that are attached to and included in each cash collateral order Filed and entered by the Bankruptcy Court in these Chapter 11 Cases.
Cash Collateral Budget means that certain budget attached to the Cash Collateral Order as Exhibit 1, as may be amended to the extent permitted by the Cash Collateral Order.
Cash Collateral Budget means the cash collateral budget attached hereto as Exhibit 1.3 covering the period from the date hereof through the Closing Date.

Examples of Cash Collateral Budget in a sentence

  • In the event of a dispute concerning the Cash Collateral Budget, all rights of the Debtor and the Bond Trustee shall be and are reserved.

  • If no objection is timely filed to any amended Cash Collateral Budget, then the amended Cash Collateral Budget shall become the Cash Collateral Budget for purposes of this Interim Order or the Final Order, as applicable, with respect to use of Cash Collateral.

  • Any party in interest shall have seven (7) days to object to any amended Cash Collateral Budget filed with the Court hereunder.

  • A “Permitted Variance” shall mean, for any Testing Period (as defined inthis paragraph), (i) any favorable variance, (ii) an unfavorable variance of not more than the greater of ten (10%) percent with respect to any disbursement line item in the Cash Collateral Budget or five (5%) percent in aggregate disbursements.

  • The Debtor shall provide to the Bond Trustee once each week (commencing with the second week after the Petition Date), a weekly report certified by the Debtor’s chief financial officer and in the same form as the Cash Collateral Budget indicating all receipts received and disbursements made by the Debtor in the applicable Testing Period compared to the Cash Collateral Budget and detailing any variances that are not Permitted Variance.

  • At such time as the amended Cash Collateral Budget becomes the Cash Collateral Budget, the Debtor shall file a copy thereof with this Court and shall provide a copy thereof to any party in interest upon request to the Debtor’s counsel.

  • A Revised Consensual Cash Collateral Budget was served and filed on January 8, 2019 [D.I. 314].

  • The Debtor’s authorization to use Cash Collateral shall last until the earlier of (i) a Termination Event, or (ii) the last day included in the Cash Collateral Budget.

  • If the cash disbursements in any suchperiod are less than the amounts for such period in the applicable Cash Collateral Budget, then the Permitted Variance for such disbursements for the next succeeding periods shall be increased by an amount equal to such difference (and shall continue to roll over into successive periods tothe extent such additional budgeted capacity is unused by the Debtor).


More Definitions of Cash Collateral Budget

Cash Collateral Budget means the budget approved by the Cash Collateral Order
Cash Collateral Budget means the budgets filed by the Debtor in connection with and pursuant to the terms of the Cash Collateral Order.
Cash Collateral Budget means the budget depicting cash revenue, receipts, expenses, and disbursements in connection with the Debtor’s use of cash collateral, which must be approved in accordance with the terms of the Final Cash Collateral Order.
Cash Collateral Budget means that approved budget attached to the Cash Collateral Order, as such budget may be amended from time to time.

Related to Cash Collateral Budget

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means an interest bearing cash collateral account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Required Cash Collateral Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.7(c).

  • Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account means a blocked deposit account at Bank of America with respect to which Borrower hereby grants a security interest in such account to Administrative Agent for and on behalf of Lenders as security for Letter of Credit Usage and with respect to which Borrower agrees to execute and deliver from time to time such documentation as Administrative Agent may reasonably request to further assure and confirm such security interest.

  • Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a).

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked account at a commercial bank specified by the Administrative Agent in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.

  • Cash Collateral Order means the First Cash Collateral Order, as extended and modified by subsequent orders of the Bankruptcy Court [ECF Nos. 2402, 2726, 3207, 3480, 5580, 6128, 7378, 8081, 8467, 8671, 8958, 9112].

  • Cash Collateralize has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(g).

  • Initial Collateral Amount means $757,097,792, which equals the sum of (i) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, (ii) the Class B Note Initial Principal Balance, (iii) the Class C Note Initial Principal Balance and (iv) the Initial Excess Collateral Amount.

  • U.S. Borrowing Base means, as of any date of determination, the result of:

  • Letter of Credit Obligations means all outstanding obligations incurred by Agent and Lenders at the request of Borrower, whether direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise, due or not due, in connection with the issuance of Letters of Credit by Agent or another L/C Issuer or the purchase of a participation as set forth in Annex B with respect to any Letter of Credit.
