Cash Collection Service definition

Cash Collection Service means the service provided by us to you as described in Paragraph 1.1 of this Part A.
Cash Collection Service means any and all of the services which may be provided by the Bank from time to time pursuant to Clause 3.2(b) and the respective Schedules applicable to the Service Jurisdictions;

  • Before the commencement of the Cash Collection Service, we shall, in accordance with the Operational Materials, advise you of the name and other relevant details of the Cash Collection Service Provider and the identification and other procedures to be followed for the delivery of cash by you to the Cash Collection Service Provider at each Collection Location.

  • The Cash Collection Service Provider shall count the loose cash and the number of cash bundles and duly verify the amount of cash against the deposit slips prepared by you.

  • It is your duty to make any necessary checks on the person professing to be the Cash Collection Service Provider's representative (including checking the identity card of that person) to verify that person's identity before handing over any cash to that person.

  • Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Part A, the relevant Operational Materials and the Conditions, we agree to provide to you the Cash Collection Service, which is the collection by a Cash Collection Service Provider on your behalf of bank notes (but not coins) in the currency or currencies designated in the Operational Materials at the Collection Locations and at the times specified in the Operational Materials.

  • You shall ensure that the cash is handed over to the Cash Collection Service Provider's representative only in accordance with the Operational Materials and does not exceed the Daily Collection Limit with respect to, in aggregate, all the Collection Locations.

  • Before providing the Cash Collection Service, the Bank and the Security Company will have to enter into an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, and the Security Company must have provided the Bank with all the documents and information as reasonably required by the Bank.

Related to Cash Collection Service

  • L/C Cash Collateral Account means any Cash Collateral Account (a) specifically designated as such by the Borrower in a notice to the Administrative Agent and (b) from and after the effectiveness of such notice, not containing any funds other than those required under the Loan Documents to be placed therein.

  • Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked, non-interest bearing deposit account of one or more of the Loan Parties at Bank of America in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Letter of Credit Cash Collateral Account means a blocked deposit account at Bank of America with respect to which Borrower hereby grants a security interest in such account to Administrative Agent for and on behalf of Lenders as security for Letter of Credit Usage and with respect to which Borrower agrees to execute and deliver from time to time such documentation as Administrative Agent may reasonably request to further assure and confirm such security interest.

  • New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a).

  • Class A Cash Collateral Account means, in respect of the Class A Liquidity Facility, an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it so qualifies, into which amounts shall be deposited as referred to in Section 3.05(f).

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Cash Collateral Account Agreement With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the cash collateral account agreement, if any, between the originator of such Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgagor, pursuant to which the related Cash Collateral Account, if any, may have been established.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Cash Collateral shall have a meaning correlative to the foregoing and shall include the proceeds of such cash collateral and other credit support.

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Required Cash Collateral Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.7(c).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Collections means, for any Distribution Date, (i) all Obligor payments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (ii) all Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period, (iii) all interest earned on funds on deposit in the Collection Account during the preceding Collection Period, (iv) the aggregate Purchase Amount deposited in the Collection Account on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date, (v) all prepayments received with respect to the Receivables during the preceding Collection Period attributable to any refunded item included in the Amount Financed (including amounts received as a result of rebates of extended service plan contract costs and insurance premiums and proceeds received under physical damage, theft, GAP, credit life and credit disability insurance policies), and (vi) all Simple Interest Advances deposited into the Collection Account by the Servicer on the Business Day preceding such Distribution Date; provided, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Purchased Receivable the Purchase Amount for which was included in Available Collections for a previous Distribution Date; provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to any Receivable to the extent that the Servicer has made an unreimbursed Simple Interest Advance with respect to such Receivable and is entitled to reimbursement from such payments or other amounts pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; and, provided further, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date shall not include any payments or other amounts (including Liquidation Proceeds) received with respect to the Receivables that are retained by the Servicer as reimbursement for Unreimbursed Servicer Advances pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement; provided, further, however, that Available Collections for any Distribution Date will exclude any Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for the March 2012 Payment Date and the April 2012 Payment Date, zero, and for any Payment Date thereafter, the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount, and (y) during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Early Amortization Period, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided that, prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default and acceleration of the Series 2012-1 Notes, the Required Spread Account Amount will never exceed the Class C Note Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Payment Date).

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any --------------------------------- Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.
