Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections definition

Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.
Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections with respect to any Distribution Date shall equal the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Series 2000-3 Monthly Interest, Investor Default Amount, Series 2000-3 Monthly Fees and Series 2000-3 Additional Amounts for such Distribution Date and (ii) that portion of excess Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections to be included in Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections pursuant to subsection (c) hereof; provided, however, that if the amount of Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Distribution Date is less than the sum of (w) Group II Investor Monthly Interest, (x) Group II Investor Default Amount, (y) Group II Investor Monthly Fees and (z) Group II Investor Additional Amounts, then Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections shall equal the sum of the following amounts for such Distribution Date: (A) The product of (I) Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections (up to the amount of Group II Investor Monthly Interest) and (II) a fraction, the numerator of which is Series 2000-3 Monthly Interest and the denominator of which is Group II Investor Monthly Interest; (B) the product of (I) Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections less the amount of Group II Investor Monthly Interest (up to the Group II Investor Default Amount) and (II) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Investor Default Amount and the denominator of which is the Group II Investor Default Amount; (C) the product of (I) Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections less the amount of Group II Investor Monthly Interest and the Group II Investor Default Amount (up to Group II Investor Monthly Fees) and (II) a fraction, the numerator of which is Series 2000-3 Monthly Fees and the denominator of which is Group II Investor Monthly Fees; and (D) the product of (I) Group II Investor Finance Charge Collections less the sum of (i) Group II Investor Monthly Interest, (ii) the Group II Investor Default Amount and (iii) Group II Investor Monthly Fees and (II) a fraction, the numerator of which is Series 2000-3 Additional Amounts and the denominator of which is Group II Investor Additional Amounts.
Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2022-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.
