Cash Neutral definition

Cash Neutral means, in respect of certain commitments or arrangements as identified within this Code and/or any relevant Ancillary Agreement, such commitments or arrangements as will result in no financial gain or loss for the Transporter fulfilling its obligations under this Code and/or any relevant Ancillary Agreement;
Cash Neutral means in respect of certain commitments or arrangements as identified within the DCOP, such commitments or arrangements as will result in no financial gain or loss for the Distribution Transporter fulfilling its obligations under the DCOP;

Whenever a principal display panel appears more than once, all requirements pertaining to the “principal display panel” shall pertain to all such “principal display panels.”

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;
