Neutral definition

Neutral. ’ means an individual who, with respect to an issue in controversy, functions specifically to aid the parties in resolving the controversy;
Neutral rating means most stocks in the sector have (or the weighted average recommendation of the stocks under coverage is) a neutral absolute recommendation.
Neutral has the meaning set forth in Schedule 13.8.2.
