Cash Outflows definition

Cash Outflows means, for any given Week, the amount of Actual Disbursements in cash of the Loan Parties for such Week.
Cash Outflows means benefit payments, expenses or any other draws on the cash of the Fund
Cash Outflows means, for any given Calendar Week, the amount of domestic and international cash payments of the Loan Parties for such Calendar Week.

More Definitions of Cash Outflows

Cash Outflows means, with respect to the Investors, all Capital ------------- Contributions made by such Investors with respect to Investor Units issued to the Investors pursuant to this Agreement.
Cash Outflows with respect to any Preferred Stock or Common Stock, shall include the sum of all cash payments by such holder to the Company to purchase the Preferred Stock and Common Stock.
Cash Outflows as used herein shall include the sum of the aggregate Acquisition Cost paid by the MDCP Co-Investors in and to the Company or its Subsidiaries (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Jefferson Smurfit Group Limited).
