Separation Period. To the extent LINN’s information technology systems in existence as of the Effective Date and contracts therefor permit without incremental fees or other amounts payable by LINN (or with incremental fees or other amounts payable by LINN that are approved in advance by Xxxxx as Reimbursement Expenses), during the Separation Period, LINN shall provide continued use of its telephonic and networking systems, which may be modified to restrict access to LINN’s network. During the Separation Period, Xxxxx and XXXX shall cooperate to allow (i) Xxxxx to replace all network and telephonic systems related to the Xxxxx Assets and (ii) the rerouting of networks connected to LINN’s retained hardware and also connected to Transferred Hardware, in each case, at Xxxxx’x sole cost and expense in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 5.2(A).
Separation Period. The period beginning on a Participant's Date ----------------- of Termination and ending on the third anniversary thereof.

Separation Period. The parties hereto agree that the definition of "Separation Period" [Section 4(D)(4) of Exhibit B of the Agreement] will be replaced with the following effective as of the date of execution hereof:
Separation Period. Your Separation Period will begin August 14, 2010 and end August 14, 2012. In the event You resume employment with, or become a consultant to the Company, any payments to You under this Agreement will end immediately. In that event, You will nonetheless remain bound by Your obligations under this Agreement.
Separation Period. For a period of three months after the Separation ----------------- Date, through and including March 31, 1999 (the "Separation Period"), Xx. Xxxxx will continue to make himself available at mutually agreeable times and location(s) to aid Interwoven and its succeeding Vice President of Marketing in their transition. As consideration for his agreement to perform services as a part-time employee, Interwoven agrees to pay Xx. Xxxxx $11,500.00 for each of the three full calendar months in the Separation Period, to be paid (less regular payroll deductions and applicable withholdings) on Interwoven's normal payroll dates.
Separation Period. P&G agrees to complete the Separation Projects more fully described herein, no later than at the expiration date of the Separation Period. The "Separation Period" shall commence on Closing and shall end no later than eighteen (18) months after Closing Date, or as such Separation Period may be extended by mutual agreement between the Parties or pursuant to Section 9.04 hereof, or as may be extended as a result of Section 8.02(b).
Separation Period. For a period of approximately five and one-half ----------------- months, through and including August 1, 1998, (the "Separation Period"), Xx. Xxxxxx will continue to make himself available at mutually agreeable times and location(s) as a part-time employee of Interwoven to aid Interwoven and its succeeding Vice President of Sales and its succeeding Chief Executive Officer in their transition. As consideration for his agreement to perform services as a part-time employee, Interwoven agrees to pay Xx. Xxxxxx (i) a pro-rata portion of $10,000.00 for the period commencing on the Effective Date and concluding on February 28, 1998, (ii) $10,000.00 for each of the five full calendar months in the Separation Period, to be paid (less regular payroll deductions and applicable withholdings) on Interwoven's normal payroll dates, and (iii) Twenty- Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to be paid (less regular payroll deductions and applicable withholdings) on August 1, 1998. Xx. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that following the Separation Period, he will not be reemployed by Interwoven and that he will not apply for or otherwise seek employment with Interwoven at any time.
Separation Period. This Option shall be exercisable for three months after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. Upon Optionee’s death or Disability, this Option may be exercised for one year after Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider. In no event may Optionee exercise this Option after the Expiration Date as provided above.
