Cash Settled Units Certificate definition

Cash Settled Units Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of a Holder in respect of the number of Cash Settled Units specified on such certificate.
Cash Settled Units Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of a Holder in respect of the number of Cash Settled Units specified on such certificate. “Certificate” means a Corporate Units Certificate, a Treasury Units Certificate or a Cash Settled Units Certificate, as the case may be.
