Cash Sweep Date definition

Cash Sweep Date means the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, commencing with December 31, 2005.
Cash Sweep Date means each day which is five Business Days after the day on which the relevant Cash Sweep Certificate is (or is required to be) delivered.
Cash Sweep Date has the meaning provided in Section 7.17.
