Section 7.17. 17 The approval of unpaid leave will be made only in conjunction with the supervisor and/or 18 Personnel, prior to the employee’s absence. The employee’s request for unpaid leave will be 19 reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Section 7.17. 26 If a permanent employee fills a position posted as temporary, the vacated position shall be posted as 27 temporary. When the temporary position ends, the permanent employee must return to the position the 28 employee originally vacated.
