Catalytica Group definition

Catalytica Group means Catalytica, each Subsidiary and Affiliated Company of Catalytica (other than any member of the CESI Group) immediately after the Effective Time and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary or Affiliate Company of Catalytica after the Effective Time.
