Category A Period definition

Category A Period subject to the Category Rules, at any time that either (i) the S&P Credit Rating is A+ or better and the Short-Term Ratings are Tier I or (ii) the Xxxxx’x Credit Rating is A1 or better and the Short-Term Ratings are Tier I.
Category A Period shall exist at any time no other Category Period is then in effect.
Category A Period subject to the Category Rules, at any time that either (i) the S&P Credit Rating is AA- or better or (ii) the Xxxxx’x Credit Rating is Aa3 or better.

More Definitions of Category A Period

Category A Period shall exist at any time when the Borrower’s corporate credit rating issued by Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. is B3 or lower.
Category A Period means a period during which the Leverage Ratio of the Borrower as of the last day of the then most recently ended calendar quarter for which the Borrower has delivered financial statements pursuant to Section 5.3(a) or (b) is less than 0.15:1.0 (it being understood that if the foregoing ratio is satisfied, such period shall be a Category A Period from and including the date of delivery of such financial statements to but excluding the date of the next delivery of such financial statements).
Category A Period means, subject to the Category Rules, any time that (i) the S&P Credit Rating is BB+ or higher or (ii) the Xxxxx’x Credit Rating is Ba1 or higher.

Related to Category A Period

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • PAGA Period means the period from February 6, 2022, through October 31, 2023.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Category R CBBCs means a series of CBBCs where the Call Price is different from the Strike Price;

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Category 3 means a DG facility of greater than 200 kW and not more than 1 MW.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • Maximum residual disinfectant level or “MRDL” means a level of a disinfectant added for water treatment that may not be exceeded at the consumer’s tap without an unacceptable possibility of adverse health effects.

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.

  • Prior Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Permanent exclusion means the student is banned forever from attending a public school in the State of Ohio. (See Policy 5610.01)

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Fixed Period means the period for which a listed issuer must retain a Compliance Adviser under rule 3A.19;

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.
