Category A Settlement Land definition

Category A Settlement Land means land which has been identified pursuant to 5.3.1, declared pursuant to 5.12.1.1, or designated pursuant to 7.5.2.8 (a) to be Category A Settlement Land and which has not ceased to be Settlement Land in accordance with 5.11.0.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below.   • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount The Company is required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00), inclusive of any of The Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;

  • Structured settlement agreement means the agreement, judgment, stipulation, or release embodying the terms of a structured settlement.

  • Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Ontario Film Settlement Class.

  • Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net

  • Disruption Cash Settlement Price means in respect of each Security, an amount in the Settlement Currency equal to the fair market value of the Share Amount (taking into account, where the Settlement Disruption Event affected some but not all of the Shares comprising the Share Amount and such non-affected Shares have been duly delivered as provided above, the value of such Shares), less the cost to the Issuer of unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements, all as determined by the Issuer.

  • Viatical settlement contract or “contract” means a written agreement entered into between a provider and a viator in which the provider will pay consideration that is less than the expected death benefit of the viator's policy in return for the viator's assignment, transfer, sale, devise, or bequest of the death benefit or ownership of the policy to the provider.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Structured settlement payment rights means rights to receive periodic payments under a structured settlement, whether from the structured settlement obligor or the annuity issuer, where:

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) any Taxes;

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.
