Net Settlement Fund definition

Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) Court-awarded attorneys’ fees and expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) Taxes; and (iv) any other fees or expenses approved by the Court.

  • Cash Awards will be pro rata shares of the Net Settlement Fund based on each Settlement Class Member’s respective length of ownership and/or lease of their Class Vehicle.

  • The Net Settlement Fund shall be distributed to the Members of the Settlement Classes using the following methodologies, or such methodologies as would have an equivalent result.

  • The Settlement Administrator and Defendant shall make best efforts to implement Net Settlement Fund Payments and Overdraft Forgiveness within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Net Settlement Fund

Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund, minus Court approved attorneys’ fees, and costs awarded to Class Counsel, any Settlement Administration Costs, and any Court approved Service Award to the Class Representatives.
