Catering kitchen definition

Catering kitchen means the activity of providing food wholly or in part owned by the caterer for a specific event at a location other than the food establishment, as defined in 50-50-102 (4)(a), MCA, on a contractual, prearranged basis to a specific subset of the public, such as invited guests to a wedding or similar celebration, or to participants in an organized group or activity. A catering kitchen is not the same activity as a contract cook.
