Grooming means befriending and establishing an emotional connection with a child or a child's family to lower the child's inhibitions for emotional, physical, or sexual abuse.
Grooming means an applicant’s or member’s process of tending to appearance. Grooming includes: combing or brushing hair; washing face and hands; shaving; oral hygiene (including denture care); and menstrual care.
