CBA Maturity Date definition

CBA Maturity Date. The date on which the CBA expires. As of the Restatement Date the CBA Maturity Date is June 30, 2023.

  • Final Maturity Date means November 15, 2029.

  • Initial Maturity Date means the earlier of (i) December 1, 2015 (the "Scheduled Initial Maturity Date"), and (ii) the date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise pursuant to the Loan Documents or the exercise by Lender of any right or remedy thereunder.

  • Latest Maturity Date means, as of any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Loan or commitment hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any Term Loan, Term Commitment, Revolving Loan or Revolving Credit Commitment.

  • Legal Maturity Date means July 15, 2024.

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Term Loan Maturity Date means, (a) with respect to any Term Loans, the final maturity date as specified for such Term Loans in the applicable Term Loan Amendment and (b) with respect to any Extended Term Loans of a given Term Loan Extension Series, the final maturity date as specified in the applicable Extension Amendment.

  • Maturity Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Exhibit A.

  • Stated Maturity Date is the date, as set forth on the Accumulation Fund Schedule, when the Fund Balance is originally due and payable to the Policyholder.
