CBC Options definition

CBC Options means options to purchase shares of CBC Common Stock granted under a CBC Equity Plan.

  • CBC shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause any CBC Options issued in substitution for existing ▇▇▇▇ Options and any Warrants issued in respect of such ▇▇▇▇ Options pursuant to this Section 10.12 to be covered by an effective Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") at or before the Effective Time.

  • As of the Effective Time, CBC shall have reserved for issuance and continue to maintain shares of CBC Common sufficient to issue the required shares of CBC Common pursuant to the exercise of the substituted CBC Options after the Effective Time.

  • CBC will at all times reserve and keep --------------------- available out of its authorized but unissued shares of CBC Common such number of shares as is issuable upon exercise of all outstanding Warrants, CBC Options or other rights to subscribe for or purchase CBC Common.

Related to CBC Options

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Company Stock Options means all options to acquire shares of Company Common Stock from the Company, whether granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
