CC Service definition

CC Service or “UCaaS” means Masergy’s services for unified communications as a service implemented using session initiation protocol trunking, hosted applications and hybrid services.
CC Service has the meaning given in the Introduction of this Master Service Agreement.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
